PRO Pediatric Services, is seeking exceptional ABA Therapists to provide services within a local intermediate unit.

Job Details:

  • Location: Aston, PA
  • Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 8:00am-3:00pm
  • Caseload: Early Intervention - Stationed in Autistic Support or Developmental Delay classrooms. Follow EI calendar for days off.
  • Requirements: Strong background in ABA. Previous experience implementing ABA programs, behavior reduction/strategies, and working with children with ASD and other developmental delays.
  • Additional details: Pay rate is between $22-$26/hr based on education and experience. This is an hourly position, you are only paid for the hours that you work.

Job Details/Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC) to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to children in an early childhood classroom setting.
  • Utilize ABA techniques, including discrete trial training (DTT), natural environment teaching (NET), and other evidence-based methods.
  • Support children in developing social, communication, self-help, and play skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to create a supportive and consistent learning environment.
  • Collect and document data on children's progress and behavior during therapy sessions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tracking progress toward individualized goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and consultations with the BCBA and other professionals to review progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment, adapting activities to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to parents and caregivers to support continued progress at home.
  • Comply with all state regulations and company policies regarding the confidentiality, safety, and well-being of the children.

What You Bring:

  • High School diploma is required . Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a human service area preferred.
  • Strong desire and motivation to work with children/youth with a behavioral health diagnosis
  • Strong background in ABA. Previous experience implementing ABA programs, behavior reduction/strategies, and working with children with ASD and other developmental delays.
  • Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
  • RBT certification is preferred
  • Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus
