We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service in English.This role requires exceptional communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

-Handle incoming calls.
-Provide accurate information about services.
-Resolve customer issues and respond to inquiries efficiently and professionally.
-Document customer interactions in the system.
-Manage complaints and complex issues, escalating them when necessary.
-Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements:

-Fluency in English.
-Previous experience in customer service environment.
-Excellent communication and active listening skills.
-Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
