In this role, you will lead the redesign, creation, and evolution of processes to enhance teammate experience, cross-departmental synchronicity, engagement, and effectiveness for acquisitions. You will utilize data-driven insights to design actionable recommendations that optimize the integration strategy and collaborate with executive leadership and workstream leaders to provide coaching and guidance on key areas of concern that impact the employee experience.
