Job Description

The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with the company’s goals and objectives. This role ensures smooth event operations, from concept development to post-event evaluations, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional attendee experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute events such as conferences, seminars, trade shows, and internal company functions.
• Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.
• Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and maximize attendance.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders regarding event details.
• Track and analyze event outcomes, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Salary

$800 - $1250 / week
