Join Our Team as an Event Coordinator at Think Tell Junction We are is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of corporate events, conferences, and meetings. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events, conferences, and meetings from concept to completion.
• Develop event budgets and ensure events are executed within budgetary constraints.
• Work with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure resources and negotiate contracts.
• Manage event timelines, including setting deadlines and ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
• Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather event requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Handle logistics for event materials, setup, and transportation.
• Coordinate and manage event registration, guest lists, and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
