Job Title: Event Staff

Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our event staff team. As part of the event staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of events by providing exceptional customer service, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and supporting the smooth operation of activities during the event. This role requires a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Assistance:

  • Greet and direct attendees, providing information about the event schedule, facilities, and services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Monitor guest safety and provide assistance in case of emergencies, following event protocols.

• Logistical Support:

  • Assist with the distribution of event materials, such as programs, badges, and promotional items.
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and performers to ensure they have everything they need for the event.
  • Support event activities by managing registration desks, seating arrangements, and crowd control.

• General Duties:

  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior throughout the event.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Report any incidents or issues to the event manager promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
