Position Title: Event Staff

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Job Type: Part-Time

Position Overview: The Event Staff will be responsible for assisting in the execution of events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Event Staff will work closely with the Event Manager and other team members to create a memorable experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and Breakdown: Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, signage, and decor.
• Registration: Manage guest check-in/registration, distribute event materials such as badges or programs, and assist with ticketing.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist with coordinating and supporting vendors, ensuring they have what they need and that their spaces are properly set up.
• Technical Support: Assist with basic technical setup such as audio/visual equipment and troubleshoot any issues during the event.
• Clean-Up: Ensure the event space is cleaned up after the event, returning it to its original condition.
• Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager to ensure the success of the event.
