• Paid Malpractice - professional liability insurance coverage for Physician, with coverage limits in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence/$3,000,000 aggregate. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, we agree to pay the appropriate reporting endorsement, also known as “tail coverage"
• CME time and expense allowance of $6000 per fiscal year

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Fellowship trained
• Current Vermont license or ability to obtain
