Job Description

We are an established supplier of automotive and industrial assemblies seeking to add a Materials Analyst. The ideal candidate is an accomplished Materials Analyst with manufacturing background and experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for inventory control and accuracy based on monthly goals.
• Maintain/update inventory records and systems to ensure accurate and timely inventorytracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and identify potentialissues.
• Manage regular cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
• Manage YE inventory count.
• Communicate any problems that may affect deliveries.
• Develop and implement SOPs/Continuous Improvement opportunities for inventorycontrol.
• Uses company equipment/resources properly & safely and adheres to safety regulations.
• Perform related duties as assigned, within scope of Inventory Management role.

Job Requirements:

• ERP experience required. Plex experience strongly preferred.
• EDI, DDL, GM and Ford systems knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong data analysis skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
• Ability to identify processes needing improvement, and to recommend improvements.

Education/Skills Requirements:

• High School graduate with strong mathematic aptitude.*
• Two or more years of college preferred. *

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
