At Insulation Commandos, we’re looking for someone who can take charge on-site, lead a team, and deliver top-quality insulation work that exceeds customer expectations. Your New Role: Lead Insulation Installer

• Assess job sites to identify insulation requirements, challenges, and safety needs.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for each job.
• Lead a team of 1-2 installers, providing clear directions and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Act as the main point of contact between crew, management, and customers on-site.
• Handle hands-on insulation installation in attics, crawl spaces, and walls (including drill-and-fill), ensuring each job is efficient and high-quality.
• Guide your team in installing insulation types like fiberglass batts, blown-in insulation, spray foam, and radiant barriers.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, addressing their questions and concerns with confidence.
• Conduct a final walkthrough with customers, making sure they’re satisfied and that all work is completed to spec.
• Document all job-related details, including time logs, materials used, and notes on completion.
• Report any issues, delays, or changes to job scope to management promptly.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and site cleanup after each job.
• Stay up to date on insulation techniques, safety protocols, and industry advancements.
• Offer feedback to management on ways to improve processes and customer experience.

• You have 1-3 years of hands-on insulation installation experience and love being on-site.
