As an NFC Amenity Lifestyle Director, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you will create epic lifestyle experiences to delight or residents and guests. Our Lifestyle Directors’ are energetic, fun and fully dedicated to making life extraordinary for our communities.

Ultimately, your priority is to ensure that our residents and guests receive an exceptional, memorable experience from the moment they arrive at our amenities to the time they leave.

Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

• Organize and manage monthly events, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale extravaganzas.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and suppliers to ensure the highest quality service and products.
• Ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with each of your team members, management, and guests.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences by maintaining high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff
• High-five your team when they're awesome and give them a hand when they need it.
• Manage the approved budget, including revenue and expense tracking for financial success.
• Make sure the facilities are clean, tidy, cozy, and always show-ready.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and oversee maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Team up with the marketing department to design and implement monthly promotions, newsletters and calendar of events.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor service quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, providing information about our services, programming, and other inquiries.
• Address guests concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Look sharp in your supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with the guests and residents.

We are looking for a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming is a must! The pay is $60,000 per year. This person will oversee the spa, pool, fitness and clubhouse operations. This position requires a flexible schedule and previous clubhouse or property management experience.
