Job Description Position Summary :
The Lifestyle Manager's primary role is to create, plan and execute the Riverland master events and festivals as well as oversee Riverland Community Association event marketing and communications systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for the Riverland Community Association Marketing and Communications
- Association website: Updating content and maintaining the site current and fresh.
- Riverland APP: Updating content and maintaining the site current and fresh.
- Social Media Posts
- Create Canva fliers and event promotional materials
- Eblasts systems
- Visix Digital signage
- Riverland Playbook: Coordinate the content, photos and production.
- Responsible for creating Riverland master association events through planning, organizing, directing, controlling, coordinating, and supervising the various components of a successful event. (ie: Festivals, Green Market, Music Events, Themed Events, Art Shows, and parties)
- Develop ideas for future event programming as needed to ensure a vibrant and current Riverland Lifestyle.
- Assist with planning and execution of amenity events such as, but not limited to:
- Fun-raising 5K, Riverland Connects, Riverland Olympics, Pickleball tournaments, etc.
- Oversees and be the liaison for all Riverland resident clubs including communications with club presidents.
- Participate in new resident orientation at neighborhood level.
- Resolves guests' complaints.
- Compiles and reports budgets and financial data such as revenue and expenses for events.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to determine resident activities that are in demand and deliver the Riverland experience.
- Understand the operations of the Riverland Wellness & Fitness Center and Riverland Sports & Racquet Club and the Riverland Arts & Culture Center. Have comprehensive knowledge of the amenity programming to ensure Riverland program expectations and standards are being met.
- Oversee eblasts and resident communications, event promotions for the amenities.
- Prepare weekly reports on key activities, updates, pertinent topics, resident participation, trends, upcoming events.
- Conduct periodic surveys on satisfaction and feedback.
- Respond to individual homeowner communications, email, or telephone.
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures and Riverland Community Association Rules and Regulations.
Experience and Skills Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in hotel or hospitality management, art, business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience planning and executing group activities in a high energy environment.
Skills & Abilities: - Ability to build rapport quickly and influence others through collaborative work processes.
- Performs with a sense of urgency that drives others to move with a sense of purpose.
- Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
- Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, holiday and evenings as needed for events.
- Strong technological skills and understanding of systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer Service - Must have good people skills and enjoy working with consultants and vendors. Must have a genuine commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
