Mortgage Loan Originator - Remote (Part-Time and Full-Time Opportunities)

Compensation: $60,000 to $200,000 per year (based on experience and performance)

We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team in a flexible, remote role. This position is ideal for those who are dual-licensed (Realtor and Mortgage Loan Originator) and looking to earn commissions on conventional, FHA, and VA loans, in addition to real estate commissions.

Job Requirements:

- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Active NMLS Mortgage License is required
- Dual-licensed Realtors must have an active license with the State of Florida
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Obtain all necessary documentation required for processing mortgage loans
- For realtors interested in a lower commission split, there's an option to refer mortgage loan prospects to other MLOs, where the loan will be completed by a different company
- Utilize a lender's loan processing department or a third-party loan processing company as needed
- This role encourages creativity and originality; results depend on your imagination and dedication
- Fraud prevention is a top priority—any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination and possible further action
