What You'll Bring:

A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
5+ years of recent experience as a Mortgage Underwriter (FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans).
Strong knowledge of USDA loan guidelines is a plus.
Certifications like DE, SAR, and LAPP are a plus.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in mortgage software and common office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
