Our client has asked us to search for talented Quick Service Fast Food or Fast Casual Restaurant Managers as they continue to grow in New York. They need experienced team builders ready to join a company that put people first. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant.
Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff ensuring topnotch customer service.
Train mentor and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of necessary supplies.
Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
Analyze financial data including sales labor and inventory reports to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by overseeing and enforcing company policies.
Support in scheduling staff to optimize labor efficiency while maintaining service quality.
Participate in marketing initiatives and community events to increase restaurant visibility and customer loyalty.
Qualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience as an assistant management of a fast casual quick serve restaurant (QSR) or fast food restaurant environment.
No more than 2 employers in the last 5 years or 3 in the last 9 years. (Exceptions for closed or sold restaurants).
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage motivate and train a diverse team.
Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle highstress situations effectively.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Selfmotivation.
Ability to oversee inventory control and perform basic financial tasks.
Creative ability to work with the community and build sales.
Knowledge of finances budgetting and accounting within restaurants.
