Duties & Responsibilities:

Customize marketing materials across various channels like social media platforms bulletin boards and flyers to attract clients.
Provide expert advice on travel destinations considering factors like weather culture activities and visa requirements.
Coordinate travel appointments manage fees and gather necessary documentation from clients.
Maintain professional relationships with travel suppliers clients and trip operators.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Strong familiarity with social media platforms Zoom and Google Suite.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Problemsolving abilities and effective communication with colleagues.
Ability to adapt quickly and utilize various computer software programs.
Previous experience as a travel agent and customer service background preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience as a travel agent is advantageous.
Access to a laptop/smartphone and internet connection is required.
