Tanlines Wellness Sun & Spa is looking for a sales trainer to join our 20 person strong team. We have locations in Toledo, Oregon, Maumee and Perrysburg and the position would involve continued travel to all locations. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working with a proven sales and/or training background.

Responsibilities

• *Attending weekly web based trainings from our manufacturers to learn about current inventories and industry trends. *Attending annual industry convention to gain understanding of industry trends with new and upcoming products, services and equipment *Meeting with all staff on a continual basis to update on any new or upcoming product, services and/or equipment *Meeting with all staff on a continual basis to go over strengths and weaknesses and assist in any improvement needed *Keep all staff motivated and excited about our industry and salons *Meet with Management on a continual basis for key items and staff updates *Driving to all salon locations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis *Working front desk at salons to gain a true understanding of the positions training for and to help with shift coverage if/when needed *Third person for any salon shift coverage emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• *Proven sales record/experience *Excellent communication skills *Excellent customer service skills *Self motivated and organized *Willing to learn and evolve with the tanning and wellness industry *Ability to give constructive criticism if/when needed in a positive way *Flexible schedule, ability to work evenings/weekends *Ability to work 35+ hours per week

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $18.00/hour.
