Sales Representative Company Overview: MedPro Disposal is a leading provider of healthcare compliance solutions tailored to meet the needs of medical waste generators nationwide. We specialize in ensuring our clients adhere to stringent regulatory standards while streamlining their waste management processes, ultimately promoting a safer and more sustainable healthcare environment. Position Overview: We are seeking for SMT Sales Representatives with experience generating sales by building relationships and trust via inbound & outbound calls. Mission statement: Identify, engage, and convert healthcare organizations with multiple locations into clients by offering centralized compliance solutions that drive efficiency and cost savings. Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic sales approach to increase customer base, market share, and profit margins
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the customer base
  • Analyze data and customer trends to identify current and potential customers
  • Make frequent sales calls to existing and prospective customers to present our products and services
  • Follow up on customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Negotiate competitive and profitable contracts with prospective customers
  • Document all customer activities utilizing our internal CRM system
  • Utilize of sales and marketing techniques to build and grow relationships within assigned territory
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of sales and/or account management experience in a hunter role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new products and services quickly
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other related software
  • Experience in an EOS shop a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
  • OTE $75K - $125k per year depending on experience; commissions are uncapped
