Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site  with our client in Melbourne, FL . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Maintain operation of the SMT Machines.
• Ensure all kits are sent to the production floor with the correct quantity for the Manufacturing Order and in the proper condition/ orientation.
• Check the kit pick list for the correct part number and quantity.
• Verify that Split Reel and Package will issue the correct quantity for the specific manufacturing order to the manufacturing floor.
• Verify that all material is free of damage.
• Help maintain ISO 9001 documents that to the area.
• Assist with Setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printers, glue machines, reflow ovens, SMT placement machines, stencil cleaners, conveyors, and other equipment used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards.
• Splice Reels.
• Responsible for cleanliness of the area and surrounding workspace.
• Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $16 - 17.60 /hr (depending on shift)

Shift: 1st and 3rd available (7:30AM - 3:30PM & 11:30PM - 7:30AM)

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp to Hire.

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 years experience in Shop Floor Systems.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• ISO 9001 experience.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Be a team player with the ability to work with all levels of employees in a diverse environment.
• Basic Computer Skills.
