• Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and inquiries, and respond in a timely manner.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging social media campaigns.
• Create visually appealing graphics.
• Write and proofread engaging social media captions, blog posts, and other content.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for social media content.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or other design software.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of content creation principles for social media marketing.
