Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and submit individual and business income tax returns, including multi-state filings.
Conduct quarterly tax planning for businesses and individuals.
Review tax returns prepared by staff, with potential for supervisory roles as tenure increases.
Assess and review financial statements for tax preparation accuracy.
Provide comprehensive income tax services for various entities, including communication with tax authorities.
Requirements:

Extensive experience in business, corporate, trust, and partnership tax preparation.
Active CPA license.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP.
Minimum of 5 years of tax preparation experience.
Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and accounting software (UltraTax experience is a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and issue resolution capabilities.
Comfortable working in a paperless environment.
