Position Summary:
We are seeking candidates for a Training and Development Manager to lead and optimize our training initiatives using company Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves designing, managing, and enhancing training plans and Certification programs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting staff with limited technical experience. This position offers the opportunity to create impactful training materials and streamline processes for our certification and training programs.
This position is full time salaried plus PTO and health benefits. Hybrid working model, 3 days onsite at company location in Washington County, PA. Seeking candidates that live in South Hills area of Pittsburgh, or Washington County.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the training lifecycle ensuring all programs are organized and meet compliance standards.
Utilize and optimize LMS to assign, track, and manage training content.
Provide on-the-ground support to staff, guiding those who may not be familiar with computer-based training.
Develop instructional materials, including guides and PDFs, to support training programs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training management, preferably within a regulated industry.
Proficiency with any LMS
Strong technical aptitude, especially in assisting and teaching staff with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Not for Profit experience desired
