Are you an experienced underwriter with a passion for the Senior Living sector? We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Underwriter. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in Chicago, IL, and provides a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in the specialty liability insurance market.

What You'll Do:

- Manage the entire underwriting process from start to finish, including handling submissions, underwriting accounts, issuing quotes, binding policies, managing endorsements, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to drive profitable growth and provide exceptional client support.
- Perform daily underwriting tasks with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all your work.
- Act as a key point of contact for agency partners and management, delivering outstanding client service and support.

Who You Are:

- You bring over 5 years of hands-on experience in Senior Living underwriting and have a proven track record of success in this field.
- You possess a deep understanding of the state and federal regulations that govern senior living insurance.
- You excel in communication and collaboration, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- You are comfortable working remotely and are open to occasional travel for industry events to further your professional growth.
