Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment located in Southwest Minnesota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
• Oversee food preparation, inventory control, and ordering supplies
• Recruit, train, and manage staff
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers
• Monitor financial performance by setting budgets and analyzing variances

• Experience in catering, casual dining, bartending, culinary, and food preparation
• Proficient in interviewing, staff training, and quick-service fast-food restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve goals
